This integration retrieves employee contact information from Workday via RAAS (Report-as-a-Service) to enable automated verification outreach for scenarios such as new employee first-time enrollment (e.g., setting an initial password).

Only admin users can integrate Workday with imper.ai.
Prerequisites
To integrate Workday to imper.ai, you must:
Have Workday admin permissions.
Create a designated user for imper.ai or use an existing ISU user.
Overview
This integration connects the application to Workday using Integration System User (ISU) credentials and a Workday enrollment report URL.
The report is exposed through Workday RAAS and is polled once every 24 hours. Each run retrieves the latest employee contact attributes required for automated verification delivery.
Connect Workday in imper.ai
Sign in to imper.ai admin console.
Click Integrations in the left navigation panel.
Locate Workday under Internal System Integrations.
Click Connect. A modal will be displayed to set the credentials and report endpoint required to establish the Workday connection.
The following fields are required to establish connection:
ISU username
ISU password
Enrollment report URL
Info used to send verification link:
Private email
Work email
Phone number

Click Connect to complete the integration.
Once connected, Workday will appear under My Integrations with a Connected status.
