Release Overview
This release introduces new capabilities across meeting security, hiring workflows, helpdesk verification, and integrations. Key highlights include enhanced pre-meeting verification controls, expanded audit and logging capabilities, improved helpdesk administration, and new third-party integrations.
imper.ai for Google Meet (Add-on)
Protected users now see the imper.ai add-on when a Google Meet session starts. This allows them to identify potentially risky participants, verify identities when needed, and receive actionable recommendations for handling detected risks.
New Features
General
Admin Control: Pre-Meeting Auto-Verification
A new organization-level setting allows administrators to control whether meeting links are automatically replaced with secure links that enforce verification before participants join.
When enabled, the original meeting link is replaced with a secure verification-enforced link.
When disabled, the original meeting link is used and participants are not verified prior to joining.
Audit Log
An Audit Log is now available to track key system events. Each entry records the timestamp, user, and action performed. Logged actions include events such as login success or failure, user creation, role changes, and more.
This feature is currently available internally and will be released as GA in a future update.
imper.ai for Hiring
Contextual Verification for TA and HR
A new HR role allows Talent Acquisition and HR users to view all interviews with a minimized verification drawer. The drawer displays essential candidate verification details along with recommendations for managing the interview based on detected risk during the conversation.
imper.ai for Helpdesk
End-User Feedback After Password Reset
After completing a password reset, end users are prompted to confirm whether the reset was successful. If an issue is reported, the helpdesk agent sees a visual indicator in the verifications table, signaling that the case requires attention.
Verification Questions Management
Administrators can now view all available verification questions and see coverage information showing how many users in the organization have known answers. Coverage is calculated based on active integrations and permissions.
The total coverage percentage across all questions is displayed, and administrators can configure how many verification questions are required during verification flows.
Helpdesk Organization Settings
New organization-level settings have been added for helpdesk administrators, allowing them to:
Set expiration times for verification links
Define daily verification limits per user
Disable self-service flows for specific actions
Edit the organization’s password policy
Integrations
Greenhouse Integration -A new integration with Greenhouse ensures that interview links created in Greenhouse are automatically wrapped with verification enforcement when the integration is enabled.
Sumo Logic Integration -imper.ai now supports integration with Sumo Logic, enabling automatic forwarding of imper.ai logs to a customer-provided Sumo Logic endpoint. This allows organizations to centralize security and audit logs for analysis or forwarding to their cloud SIEM.
Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM Integration -A new integration with Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM enables imper.ai to send security and verification events directly to Cortex XSIAM, providing centralized visibility and monitoring.
