Appearance
The Helpdesk Dashboard focuses specifically on Helpdesk verification flows, providing deeper insight into how participants are completing (or bypassing) Helpdesk-issued verification challenges.
It shows organization-wide verification and conversation activity across all protected collaboration platforms.
Key Metrics
At the top of the Dashboard, imper.ai displays four key metrics:
- Completed Verifications - the total number of completed verifications during the selected time range.
- Successful Actions - the number of actions successfully completed by employees in the Self-Service Portal, such as password resets.
- Average Daily Verifications - the average number of verifications completed each day within the time frame.
- Average Verification Duration - the average time it takes for a verification to complete during the selected time range.
Use the Time Range Selector dropdown on the right to switch between Last Week and Last Two Weeks. All dashboard visuals update automatically when you change the time range.
Risks
The Risks section summarizes the verification outcomes imper.ai has observed recently. It includes three charts:
- Verifications Over Time by Status - a daily or weekly time-series chart showing verification volume broken down by status across the selected time range.
- Verifications by Score - a bar chart showing how many verifications fall into each risk level. Risk scores range from 0 to 10, where higher scores indicate higher confidence of possible impersonation or anomalies. Hover over each bar to view the exact count.
- Verifications by Status - a pie chart showing the distribution of verification outcomes (Passed, Failed, Timed Out, or Not Enough Questions). This helps admins understand whether participants are completing verification flows or attempting to bypass them.
Filtering and Interaction
- Hovering over any chart reveals counts and labels.
- Changing the date range at the top automatically refreshes all visualizations.
- No actions are required from users - these charts reflect activity that imper.ai captures continuously in the background.
