The Enrollment Settings page controls how a new hire recovers access to their account at the end of enrollment, once their identity has been verified. Under Access recovery, choose one of two methods.

Set password

The new hire sets their own password for their account and uses it to sign in.

You can configure:

• Password Length - the number of characters in the generated password.

• Password Policy Requirements - which character types the password must include: Uppercase, Lowercase, Number, and Special Characters.

Temporary Access Pass

Entra issues a time-limited code. After signing in, the organization can choose what happens next based on its configured flow.

You can configure:

• Pass usage - whether the pass is Single use or Multiple use.

• Valid for - how long the pass remains valid before it expires.
