The Hiring Dashboard gives administrators an at-a-glance view of candidate verification activity across your hiring process. It summarizes interview volume, candidate risk, and where interviews are taking place.

Timeframe

All statistics and charts on the dashboard reflect a selected timeframe. Adjust the date range to change the period shown across every widget.

Summary Statistics

At the top of the dashboard, three key metrics are displayed for the selected timeframe:

• Total interviews - the number of interviews conducted.
• Total candidates - the number of candidates verified.
• Risky candidates - the number of candidates flagged as risky, along with the percentage of all candidates they represent.

Candidates by Risk Status

A pie chart breaking candidates down by verification outcome:

• Passed
• Failed

Candidates by Risk Type

A pie chart showing the distribution of risky candidates by the type of risk detected, helping you see which risks are most common.

Latest Risky Candidates

A list of the most recently flagged risky candidates. Each entry shows the candidate's name, email, risk type, and risk status.

• Select a candidate to open their record on the Candidates tab.
• Select See all to view all failed candidates on the Candidates tab.

Interviews by Location

A bar chart of interviews grouped by candidate location (country). The locations with the most interviews are listed individually, and the remaining locations are grouped under Other. Select See all to view the full location breakdown.
