imper.ai begins the enrollment process by verifying the identity of new hires before credentials are issued. New employees complete a verification ensuring that the person receiving access is the legitimate employee. This step prevents impersonation attacks and eliminates the risk of credentials being provisioned to the wrong individual.

Automated Enrollment Workflows

imper.ai automatically triggers the enrollment workflow as soon as a new employee record is marked as “hired”. To detect new hires, imper.ai connects to your environment in one of two ways:

• Direct integration with your HR systems (such as Workday), identity providers (IdP), identity governance (IGA), or IT provisioning tools.

• Automatic report - your team sends imper.ai a recurring report containing each new hire's work email, personal email, and hire date.

Once a new hire is detected, imper.ai securely initiates the enrollment process - guiding the employee through identity verification and enrollment while coordinating with the downstream systems responsible for enabling access.
