The IVR integration connects your IVR to imper.ai, so that account-recovery calls are handed off to imper.ai for verification. It works with any IVR. For what the caller experiences once the call is handed off, see IVR Account Recovery.

Set Up the Integration

1. Configure the integration in the imper.ai console

In the imper.ai console, go to Integrations > IVR and add:

• The phone numbers imper.ai will call back (for the caller's Call me back step).

Then press Continue.

2. Redirect calls to imper.ai

After you press Continue, imper.ai shows the dedicated phone number for your tenant. In your IVR, redirect the call to that number when the caller chooses to recover their account - this is where the caller is verified and the requested action is performed with imper.ai.
